This handbook contains the collection of information that allows the Lanark Carleton Minor Hockey League achieve its main objective:  to promote, develop and encourage sportsmanship and fair play in the game of hockey among the youth of the League members.
The handbook contains the following documentation:

• The LCMHL Constitution which outlines the governance of the District 4 House hockey league;
• Its Bylaws: outlines the memberships and duties of the League;

And most importantly,

• League Rules and Regulations: outlines how the League, and those participating within it, operates.  For coaches and manager, it is highly recommended that you review this resource as it explains everything you need to know to play games within the League.
