Obtaining a LCMHL Team Website Account

LCMHL Team Website Accounts

Each team participating in the Lanark Minor Hockey League receives an account to update the LCMHL site.  Your team account allows you to:
  • Maintain your online roster
  • Maintain your bench staff information
  • Record game results
Each team receives only one account, which is often used by both the head coach and team manager.  At the discretion of the team, the account can be shared with a parent that takes responsibility for one or more of the above functions.

Obtaining Your Team Account

A coach or manager must register to obtain their team account.   They do this through an online form that captures mandatory contact information for the head coach and manager.  Information relating to other bench staff members may optionally be provided
.
Form data is used for multiple purposes:
  • Bench staff information is populated for your team in the LCMHL site
  • Team account credentials are provided to the head coach and manager at the email addresses provided
  • A team account is established in the district’s suspension reporting system (TTM)
The form can be accessed using the link below.
Special Notes:
  • Coaches must register their teams within a few days of the start date of their division.
  • Coaches failing to register by the above deadline may face suspension by their association until registration occurs
Team Account Provision

Team account information will be emailed to the Head Coach and Manager within a few days of registration.  The email will originate from the LCMHL Webmaster.
Note that account provision is not instantaneous.  In fact, account setup is a manually intensive task that is done in batches (every few days) for efficiency.  Please do not inquire about the status of your account unless it's been at least 5 days since registration.
